• Suggested Use Methods

1. Add your favorite body wash/ soap and work into a rich lather.
2. Scrub your back holding both ends
3. Create a ball with the sponge and scrub the desired body parts. 
4. Stretch the length of the sponge across varying body parts (i.e. back, legs, back of thigh)
5. When finished, rinse sponge thoroughly and hang to dry

• Suggested Care Method

1. Clean immediately after use
2. Hang dry
3. Ensure that sponge is clean and air dry before use
4. The sponge should be changed after a year
